Our team will schedule you via our app and build your schedule on a weekly basis.

Backup care nannying is where you will go to the homes of children from infant to teenager and provide amazing care. Come help in a Crunch when families need you!

Requirements:

• Monday - Friday availability - able to start as early as 7 am and stay as late as 6 pm if needed (you will know your schedule ahead of time)

• 2+ years of childcare experience (infants, preschoolers, toddlers, and/or elementary school-aged children). Your resume should reflect all your childcare experience

• 3-4 Relevant professional childcare references

• Stellar communication skills

• An energetic happy flexible attitude

• CPR Certification

• Driver’s License and car in most areas (NYC and SF it is not necessary)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay:

$20– $25.00 per hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You will be a Crunch Care employee so you will receive an annual W2. Daily bonuses, plus OT.

150 hours per month of employment required (benefits above will be included):

• Health care stipend of $75 per month
